Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be aware of any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the Boise DMA. For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 11am-7pm on Mon-Fri. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Kristie@Cleanslateblanks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

General guidelines
Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a PO Box.
For mailing purposes, PO Boxes are considered a physical location. If a mailpiece that is addressed to a PO Box must be signed for, or is too large to fit in the box, the Post Office™ will place in your box either:
- A key to a larger storage locker within the same facility (for a larger item)
- A notice that you can take to a window clerk to collect your item(s) – Redelivery is not permitted since you have to collect the item from a window clerk.

There is no mail delivery where I live. Can I apply for a PO Box online?
You can search for an available PO Box online, but you need to apply for a PO Box at a Post Office and determine whether you qualify for a no-fee PO Box.
Can all mail classes be delivered to a PO Box?
All mail classes and services may be sent to a PO Box. If the item requires a signature, a notice will be left. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the sender after the required number of business days for it to be held have elapsed.
Can I send domestic Priority Mail Express® to a PO Box?
Domestic Priority Mail Express may be sent to a PO Box. If the mailer sending a Priority Mail Express item instructs USPS to obtain a signature from the addressee upon delivery of the item, USPS will leave a delivery notice inside the PO Box that the customer must sign for the item. Otherwise, USPS will leave the Priority Mail Express item in the PO Box if it fits. If it does not fit, USPS will leave a notice inside the PO Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
