There is no strict minimum order — you can purchase a single tumbler if you'd like! However, our best value starts at our 4-pack, and the per-unit price drops significantly at the 25-pack and 50-pack tiers. If you're just starting out or testing a new design, a 4-pack is a great way to begin.

Yes! We offer tiered bulk pricing on all of our core products. The more you buy, the lower your per-unit cost:

For orders larger than 50 units or for ongoing wholesale accounts, please contact us directly to discuss custom pricing.

Currently, our bulk packs are offered per SKU (same size and finish). If you'd like to mix sizes or colors across a larger order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. We're always working to make ordering more flexible for our customers.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to make a change or cancellation. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request before the order ships. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but our return policy may apply.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the contiguous US takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. This threshold is easy to reach with our 25-pack and larger bundles. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations — please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and get a shipping quote for your country. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order status under "Order History." If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged, we want to make it right immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item(s)
• A photo of the packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — no hassle.

Our tumblers are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is BPA-free, rust-resistant, and safe for both hot and cold beverages. The interior is uncoated stainless steel, and the exterior features a smooth sublimation-ready coating that accepts vibrant, long-lasting dye sublimation prints.

Yes! Our 20oz skinny straight tumblers feature double-wall vacuum insulation, which keeps cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 12 hours. This makes them ideal for everyday use, gifting, and resale.

Our current primary offering is the 20oz skinny straight tumbler — the most popular size for sublimation crafters and small business owners. We also carry select specialty items including color-changing tumblers, glow-in-the-dark tumblers, sippy cups, and 11oz sublimation mugs (availability varies — check the shop for current stock).

Yes, our 20oz skinny straight tumblers include a clear plastic lid, rubber bottom, cleaning brush, stainless steel straw and a plastic straw. The lid features a slide-close opening for easy sipping. If you need replacement lids or straws, or if you're purchasing for a specific lid style, please check the individual product listing for details or contact us.

We recommend hand washing only for sublimated tumblers. Dishwashers use high heat and harsh detergents that can fade or damage sublimation prints over time and may compromise the vacuum seal. A quick rinse with warm soapy water is all that's needed to keep your tumbler looking great.

For best results with our 20oz skinny straight tumblers, we recommend the following settings as a starting point (adjust based on your specific press):

• Temperature: 385°F – 400°F (196°C – 204°C)
• Time: 60–75 seconds
• Pressure: Medium (firm but not crushing)
• Wrap: Use a silicone wrap or shrink wrap sleeve to ensure even pressure

We recommend using a high-release sublimation paper (such as A-SUB, Beaver Paper, or TexPrint) for the best color vibrancy and transfer quality. Standard copy paper will not work for sublimation. Make sure your paper is compatible with your sublimation ink and printer brand for optimal results.

Yes. Sublimation requires either a dedicated sublimation printer (such as the Sawgrass SG500/SG1000) or a compatible Epson EcoTank/WorkForce printer converted with sublimation ink. Standard inkjet or laser printers will not produce sublimation prints. You'll also need sublimation-specific ink — do not mix sublimation ink with regular ink cartridges.

Faded or washed-out prints are usually caused by one of the following:

• Temperature too low — increase by 5–10°F and test again
• Time too short — add 5–10 seconds to your press time
• Insufficient pressure — ensure your silicone wrap is tight with no gaps
• Paper shifted during pressing — use heat-resistant tape to secure the paper before pressing
• Old or dried-out ink — check your ink expiration date and printer nozzle check

For sharp, professional-quality prints, design at a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual print size. For a 20oz skinny tumbler, a typical full-wrap design template is approximately 9.5" wide × 8.25" tall. Using lower resolution images will result in blurry or pixelated prints.

Yes! Our color-changing and glow-in-the-dark tumblers are sublimation-ready, just like our standard tumblers. However, there are a few important notes:

• Use lighter, more transparent designs so the color-change or glow effect remains visible through the print
• Avoid pressing at temperatures above 400°F as excessive heat can affect the special coating
• The color-change effect activates with cold beverages; the glow effect requires exposure to light before use in the dark

Our Done For You service means we handle the entire sublimation process for you. You provide your design (or choose from our template library), and we print, press, and ship finished, ready-to-sell tumblers directly to you or your customers. This is perfect for:

Please submit your design as a high-resolution PNG or PDF file at 300 DPI or higher. The design should be sized to fit a 20oz skinny tumbler wrap (approximately 9.5" × 8.25"). If you have a transparent background, PNG is preferred. We'll review your file before production and reach out if any adjustments are needed.

Done For You orders are typically completed and shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve your design file. For larger orders (10+ tumblers), please allow up to 7 business days. Rush orders may be available — contact us to inquire.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Please note: custom Done For You orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part, as they are made to your specific design. Blank tumblers may be returned in original, unused condition.

We restock popular items regularly. If a product you want is out of stock, click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page and enter your email — you'll be the first to know when it's back. You can also sign up for our general email list to stay updated on all restocks and new arrivals.

Yes, we're happy to exchange unused blank tumblers for a different quantity or product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate an exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error.
